TERMS OF SALE

Le Papillon is committed to supporting stores that are always in the search of unique designs and products and other type of businesses that create revenue through home parties, websites, flea markets, community events.

NEW ACCOUNTS MIN ORDER:  $350.00 Minimum order

EXISITNG ACCOUNTS REORDER: $200.00 Minimum reorder.

CREDIT POLICY

The first order with Le Papillon must be placed on a credit card and credit card information is required upon placing an order.

TERM PAYMENT: Term payments will be offered to clients after 2020. Stay put and we will invite you to apply for terms please submit a credit application including trade references. Please allow up to 3 weeks for approval process.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.  

DELIVERY TIMES / BACKORDERS

Our current lead time for all orders is 2-4 days. It is our goal to ship all orders complete; however, occasional high demand does not allow us to update our site fast enough. In that scenario a customer representative will contact you to offer alternative variations.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

We are very diligent on processing our orders. Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before a shipment is processed.  If order was processed and shipped unfortunately, we are not able to cancel order. 

CLAIMS/RETURNS

Retailer is responsible for carefully inspect all merchandise received and report all claims including manufacturing defects and shortages.

  • Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.
  • Credit will not be issued until return merchandise is received and inspected. 
  • Return items must be received within two weeks of receipt of the call tag.
  • Merchandise shopworn or with price tags may not be returned.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY

We are proud to tell you that our bags are handmade by craftsman in India. Each bag is unique for its materials, quality of leather and details of a handmade product that passes through several hands to be finished. However, human mistakes happen although we have strict quality controls. Please let us know if you receive a bag or tote that have manufacturing defects that exceeds the craftsman look finish.

RETAIL PRICING POLICY

 We do not want to set any limitation on the price that every store offers our products for. We only suggest a retail price as an indication of the “best suggested price to sell products for”.
