How can I check the status of an online order?
You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it is placed. Please use our online order tracking tool. You can also call our Customer Service department at 209-834-6042 or email hello@lepapillonshop.com .
How can I change or cancel my order?
To make a change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 209-834-6042. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for UPS deliveries because your order has been processed for a timely delivery. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Returns
What is Le Papillon return policy?
We at Le Papillon are proud of the quality of our personalized gifts. Once we monogram or personalize an item for you, we cannot accept returns. We do not accept return on final sale items (identified by a price ending in .99).
If, within 30 days, you find one of the gifts has been damaged or have a quality issue, please call the following number to determine your return eligibility: 209-834-6042
How can I return merchandise?
We'll just email you a form to process your return.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
Most items will arrive within six to eight business days of our receipt of your order. We also offer rush delivery, arrival in two to three business days.
Can I send a gift message on each package?
Unfortunately, we can only offer one customized gift message per shipping address. But, we will include a blank gift card with every package so that you can write your own message.
Gifts And Gift Cards
